Due to the many different ways in which we act on behalf of our clients, we operate a fair and flexible policy for remuneration. Fees may be charged for the introduction and sale or negotiation of land or property.
Investment Introduction into a Development Opportunity
Upon the purchase of any land development opportunity or site with planning, the introduced investor will be invoiced an introduction fee of £2,500 for sites with a GDV of under £700,000 and £5000 plus vat for sites at £700,000 or over. This fee is for the employment of the services provided by Beaufort Bond to locate, negotiate upon the site and bring the opportunity to the investor. This fee is independent of the structure and agreed profit split on any individual development opportunity or site purchase.
Planning Permission Granted and Unconditional Purchase
The purchaser may be invoiced on exchange of contracts for up to 50% of the agreed fee inclusive of VAT. The balance will be due on completion.
Subject to Planning and Option Agreements
The purchaser may be invoiced on exchange of contracts or signing of the option agreement for 25% of the confirmed fee inclusive of VAT.
The balance will be due on completion.
Joint Venture for the Sale of an Individual Property
Where a joint arrangement has been set up, the purchaser will be invoiced for the appropriate fee upon signing an agreement. All fees are subject to discussion, as each project will differ, and clients’ needs may vary. These are negotiated.
For the Sale of an Individual Property
These are negotiated on an individual basis dependent upon the value of the property.
Senior Help to Move
These fees will vary as they will depend on how much involvement the individual requires Beaufort Bond to have.
Home & Plot Finder’s Service
A fee of £3000 or 1.00 % of the purchase price (whichever is greater) will be payable once a property is purchased.
